Delete Account and Data
Wordrise Empire — Account deletion request
If you wish to delete your Wordrise Empire account and all associated data, follow these steps:
- Send an email to the address below with the subject "Account deletion request".
- Include the email address you use to sign in to Wordrise Empire (your Google or Apple account).
- You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours.
- Your account and data will be completely deleted within 30 days.
Send deletion request by email
Data That Will Be Deleted
- User profile (name, email, profile picture)
- Game progress, scores, and statistics
- Daily Planet match history
- Referral code and referral data
- Notification inbox messages
- Push notification token
Data Retained in Anonymized Form
- Aggregated anonymous usage statistics (not linked to your account)
Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are managed directly by Google or Apple respectively. To cancel active subscriptions (such as the Chronodilator), go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions or iPhone Settings → Subscriptions before requesting account deletion.
